Ingredients:

Fermented dosa batter
Chopped onion
Tomato
Capsicum
Green chilli
Coriander leaves

Method:

Pour thick batter onto a hot tawa.
Sprinkle chopped vegetables on top.
Drizzle oil around the edges.
Cook on both sides until golden.
Serve with coconut chutney.
