Irresistable Barnyard Cheesy Dosa

Ingredients:

• Fermented dosa batter
• Grated cheese
• Chilli flakes (optional)
• Butter

Method:

1. Spread the dosa batter thinly.
2. Sprinkle grated cheese over the dosa.
3. Add butter on the edges for crispiness
4. Fold once the cheese melts.
5. Serve hot.
