Karuppu Kavuni Onion Uthappam

Ingredients:

• Fermented Karuppu Kavuni dosa batter
• Finely chopped onion
• Green chilli
• Coriander

Method:

1. Spread the batter on a hot tawa.
2. Sprinkle onion mixture evenly.
3. Drizzle oil.
4. Cook until crispy.
